All of the markup seen on this web site has been hand-coded, without the use of any web editing tools, helping to ensure that the page syntax is correctly structured. The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) compliant technologies used include: eXtensible HyperText Markup Language (XHTML) and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), which have been professionally applied to build structure and render styling. Additional web technologies used include application of server-side PHP (PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor) Language and client-side JavaScript.

Recently this website has been modified to send the

interoperable and streamlined website.

This site was tested and displayed satisfactory on an 800×600 display using the following web browsers: Netscape 6.2, Firefox 1.0, Mozilla 1.0 and Opera 7.0 all with JavaScript Enabled. Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 was also tested but failed to display "tool tips" for the abbreviations. Additionally the Linux KDE based KHTML Konqueror 3.1 browser was tested but had problems with font rendering and did not support Access Keys.
